Input...

Alex and I still haven't decided on a name for sure for our baby girl. We like Hadassah Hart.
But Alex had mentioned the name Virginia before. He has an aunt named Virginia he really likes, and my Grandma Barnhart's name was Virginia.
So now, I kinda like the name Virginia Hope.....Hope would be after my cousin Josh Hope who was murdered.
Ideas? Which one do YOU like??

10 years

So much changes over time. You count down til your wedding day, then you're counting
weeks in your pregnancy, then it's counting how old your baby is, until they are no longer a baby!
Miah had his 1st birthday last Thursday, and I think I'm still in denial! I'm very glad he's growing big and strong (he even knows who Jesus loves! Just ask him...if he feels like telling you, he'll pat his chest--or yours!)
Next month Alex and I will celebrate 2 years of marriage. 2 years, but it feels like we've always been together. He's my best friend and I love him with my whole heart. In those 2 years, Alex and I have bought a house, became an Aunt and Uncle to our first nephew and niece, had a lil boy and we're expecting a lil girl.
In November it will be 3 years since Grandpa went home. In three years, I've gotten married, changed churches, had my dog die, got a new dog. I've made new friends and lost friends.
It's been 8 years since I've graduated high school. 8 years! Wow....just the thought makes me feel old. In that time they've tore down that high school and built a new one.
All day yesterday something was bothering me. I knew there was something that had happened on June 22, but could not think of what it was, until I was getting ready for bed. 10 years ago yesterday, my Grandma went to her Heavenly Home. 10 years!! I was alot younger 10 years ago! I'm not the same girl I was 10 years ago! At that time I'd just broken up with a guy, a *gasp* wordly boy from school. After that I dated and broke up with a couple more guys. Nothing really "wrong" with these guys, they just werent for me. They were guys I should have stayed friend with, and not "dated." Within 10 years many of my friends have gotten married and had babies. Some have divorced. There have been many births, and some deaths. But 10 years have brought us closer to His coming. Who thought 10 years ago we'd still be here? Who thinks that we'll be here for another 10 years?

reading today

This isnt aimed at anyone, it's something I was reading and it's meant to encourage. :)

AND.KNOWETH.IT.NOT_ JEFFERSONVILLE, IN 65-0815
And the frogs come till they heaped them up in piles, and stink was everywhere, maybe forty or fifty feet high of frogs. They were in the cupboard of--of Pharaoh. They were in the... Turn down the sheets and there'd be five hundred frogs under the sheet, under the bed, in the rugs. Everywhere they went was frogs, frogs, frogs. Where did they come from? God the Creator is sovereign. What He says, He will do. And He said there would be hideous sights upon the earth: locusts with hair like women, long hair to haunt them women that cut their hair. Teeth like lions, stingers in their tails like scorpions... They will torment men months. Just wait till we get in to open those plagues and seals and them seven thunders.
Watch what takes place. Oh, brother, you better get to Goshen while there's time to get to Goshen. Don't pay any attention to this outside. Looky here, here's a little lady twist herself down the street. Here's a young fellow; his eyes catches it; he's a member of the church; he's a Pentecostal; he's whatever he is; but the first thing you know there's no hold post in there. She'll say, "Hello." He's got curly hair and kind of nice-looking, straight shouldered young man, maybe tried to live right. She starts walking up to him. Even a preacher... The first thing you know...What is it?
This out here, the flesh desire, and the spirit down here, yet anointed, saying, "Don't do it, don't do it." But what will it do? It'll move right around, there the hold; there he goes. First thing you know he's trying to make a date with her. He's guilty of committing adultery whether he touches her or not. But a genuine borned again son of God... Amen. You can't do it yourself. It's totally impossible for a--a red-blooded male to walk before a female like that without something taking place. But when there is something on the inside, that little borned again something there... Though that man might've shouted, spoke in tongues, jumped, danced, everything else, anointed with the Spirit, done all the signs and wonders that God said in there, by His Spirit... Jesus said, "Many will come to Me in that day and say, 'Lord have not I prophesied Your Name? Haven't I cast out devils in Your Name? Have not I...'" He said, "Depart from Me, you that work iniquity." What is iniquity? Something that you know to do, and don't do it. "Depart from Me, you that work iniquity, I didn't even know you." But down on the inside of that man, if that little tie-post had been there, that Seed of God that was predestinated before the foundation of the world, I don't care what takes place; it holds him; it's there to stay. That's why that woman will wear them shorts. She's counted a prostitute the same as the woman in the act. See? She doesn't know that that spirit... How does she know? Her ultimate. What is an ultimate? It's the last word. The ultimate is the "Amen"; it's the end of all strife: your ultimate. And if your church, a Pentecostal church that tells you that long hair stuff is just fanaticism, "You've got a spare tire on the back of your head," and so forth, them kind of things, the man is possessed of the devil; for God's Word said it's a shame for a woman to cut her hair. She'll dishonor her head. And if she dishonors her husband, and her husband is the church, and the church is Christ... She is a dishonorable religious prostitute: naked and don't know it. Naked? Don't the Bible said the woman's covering is her hair? Isn't the hair give to her for a covering? Someday yonder at the judgment bar... I've tried to pour the medicine in and hold it with my hands, and you spit it right straight back out between your fingers. But God will judge them someday. That's THUS SAITH THE LORD.

Likewise, we must remember that God is long-suffering, not willing that any should perish. He always sends His signs, His wonders. And then when He gets ready to do anything, He separates the believer from the unbeliever. And notice then how He provided for His promised-land people. Look what He did for His promised-land people there, to be sure that they would not be mixed up in some kind of an ism. What did He do? He sent a prophet to them, Moses, with a message identifying God's Word. And to identify Moses, He sent a Pillar of Fire that hung over him. Amen. Then to give him the perfect assurance, He required a token. Amen. There's a messenger, the message, and the vindication, and the token, the perfect assurance that they had nothing to worry about. No matter how many plagues strike, what everybody else says they are sealed away. Israel coming out of Egypt, as I said a few minutes ago, is a type of the Bride coming out of the church.
When Moses begin His ministry, Israel gathered together in one place, in Goshen, begin to pray because they knowed that the hour was at hand, because they knew something was there. The deliverer had already come. God was working, doing things, showing what He was going to do. They come from all parts of Egypt, just like they will at the day of His coming. They'll take people out of the Methodist, Baptist, Lutheran. All those who are identified in Christ by the Token, God will take them with Him when He comes. We read over here in Hebrews the 10th chapter, 26th verse, "If we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sin, but a fearful, dreadful, looking for the fiery judgments which will devour the adversary." That is, if we disbelieve willfully after we have a knowledge of the truth, there is no more sacrifice for sin.
Think of it. No matter what you're thinking in your heart, the Token can never be applied. If you reject it the last time, then it cannot be applied, he--for he that sins or disbelieves willfully. As we see the great ensigns and times a coming as we are now with the promise of the Word, every Word that's been promised to us before the end-time, we're laying right in it now, even to the marking of the beast and the denominations getting together, and--and the papal reign coming in, and everything just exactly the way it is. The world's hanging yonder; the atomic bombs is in the hangers, and God's speaking through His servants into the churches and pulling them out, and showing the signs that He promised He would do, just before His coming. We're at the end time. The Token is required. Yes, sir. Now, we know that those things are true. As they was, they were only a type of what we're going through now. As we see these great signs coming at the end time, warning us the time is at hand... Don't sin willfully, don't disbelieve willfully. If there's something in you, that'll say, "Well, now, I don't see where I need the Holy Ghost. I might not need it. I believe when I believed I got it." Paul said to the people that asked that question; he said, "Have you received the Holy Ghost since you have believed?" The Holy Ghost is a Token. A man believes God; that is true enough, but the Holy Ghost is a gift of God. It's something different than your faith. Your faith applies it; that's exactly right.

Some Wedding Pics

Last Saturday my cousin Andrew got married. Here are some of the pics I took. I didn't take alot because I was helping in the kitchen. :) I was able to take some pics of them before the wedding, and after I was kicked out of the kitchen by my Mom and sisters (thanks guys!)
I asked Andrew to take Elly and walk toward the woods....so here's what I got (there is another shot later...not sure why Blogger puts the pics on weird!!)
Mr. And Mrs. Andrew Michael Coressel
The Alexandew Magoulas Family :)

I got the Kiss!!! LoL....

I thought this shot was so sweet. I'm sure they were both wore out by then....I would have been....they'd been taking pics for HOURS!!

The guys being goofy....and Elly being goofy too
I do believe...this is my favorite shot! This is one of the other pics I got when I asked Andrew to take Elly toward the woods. The sun was hitting just right :)

*grin* Elly was doing her own thing while the guys were getting their pics taken....and I got a pic of her. I like pics that aren't posed! (I do like posed ones too...but the non-posed ones always seem to turn out great)

James, Betty and Andrew!

Yay....I thought this one was neat too...and I set it up! His ring, her ring, her flowers

Besides the wedding, not a whole lot of new things are going on. Nehemiah turns one next week....I dont know if I'm ready yet! I am ready for him to be walking though! LOL He pulls himself up off the floor (no furniture) and will stand up for about 5-10 seconds...then plops himself down again. I'm hoping he's walking by his birthday....at least tottling.
He's also got TWO more teeth in! I hadn't noticed them...but he was sitting on my lap tonight while I was at my Mom's, and put his head back...and I saw TWO!!! Poor lil guy....no wonder he's been so clingy...and bitting his Dad! LOL...They're both on top...and the bottom gums are swollen too....So looks like ANOTHER tooth will be in there soon!

KillJoy

I am that kinda Mom....
I was a killjoy. To my pride and joy.
Twice.
In one day!
I hear him sucking on something and think "Oh this CAN'T be good."
And it wasn't. He was sucking,
ON A DOG LEASH!
Mind you, he has a million toys (nope, I really don't think I'm exaggerating here!)
Most of them on the floor.
All in his reach.
And that leash is in his mouth.
So I took it.
And he cried.
But I made it up to him, I gave him fruit.
He loves fruit!
But when he was done/bored with the fruit he started to throw it!
On my kitchen wall.
While I was cleaning!
So I cleared off the juice he was playing with.
And took the rest of the fruit.
And,
I
don't
feel
bad
